For orders placed on fayshion.com.au we ship via Australia Post. We offer free shipping on all orders over $190 within Australia. All orders under the $190 threshold will be charged $8.99 for shipping with Australia Post.

Please allow Made-to-Order about 21 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Peak Sale Period Dispatch Guide:

During peak promotional activity and during the holiday season, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed.

Please be aware that online orders are not processed over the weekends or public holidays. 

Items that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a refund or e-Boutique credit.

Once dispatched, allow 1- 3 business days for transit to metropolitan areas and 3-5 business days for transit to rural areas. For further information on Australia Post delivery times simply click here.

Online Returns Policy

FASYHION offers easy 21 day returns from your online order date. If you change your mind or for any reason, simply make a return above for a refund or credit note for exchange.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags still attached.

The items must have been purchased from the fayshion e-Boutique.

The items must be returned within 21 days from the order date.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes for sale items, or items purchased with a discount code (excluding the 10% First Time Subscriber Discount ).
